These are some precious members of one of the village churches that is part of ELIM in the Northern region of Ghana. They are receiving the bicycles that were so generously donated by a local ministry here in the States.
The Giving of the Motorbikes and the Bicycles
This Spring and Summer of 2022 has been a whirlwind of supply from the hand of our Father in Heaven! He touched some hearts and almost 20 motorbikes and over 300 bicycles were donated for the pastors and ministers in the churches in and around Walewale. We are so grateful for His generosity and the obedience of those who gave.
Then money was given to purchase the drilling of 15 wells in the villages where ELIM has established churches. So far 5 wells have been drilled successfully. Click here or the button below to see some videos of the drillings.
Praise God for His wonderful provision!

What's Happening in the Village Churches?
Jesus is doing a mighty work in the hearts of people in this largely Islamic area! In this part of the world that has been largely underdeveloped until recent years, at least according to the world's standards, the Church is growing by leaps and bounds.
It is such a blessing to see the name of Jesus being lifted up in what used to be Muslim villages. Yes, their homes are different from ours in the United States as the vast majority of people live in villages, in mud and thatch roofed buildings, but Jesus can speak in every home.
The homes are often connected with a mud block wall to form a family living center with separate buildings for animals and food, and sleeping, but Jesus can visit anyone, anywhere.
And as different as their clothing and culture may be from ours, Jesus forms the bridge between us.

Visit a service in one of the ELIM village churches...
The children and youth take a large role in the services. Most of the time, the young people make up the choir and worship band. In this village, their services take place in a primary school while they wait for God to provide a building.

A few more of the ELIM village churches...
Just like the church above, many of the 29 individual village churches were formed from evangelical crusades in the village. From lost to found and worshipping Jesus, literally overnight!
In this village, Apostle Jonathan held a crusade which is pictured on the left...and the new Believers were in church the very next day enjoying their first service worshipping Jesus. Praise the Lord!
