Pastor Harold T. Smith Jr. has been in the ministry for 38 years. He was first ordained at St. Joseph’s House of Prayer by Bishop Gordon.

In 2010, he was ordained at Honey Rock Victorious Church International under Apostle Jerry Upton. Pastor Harold’s duties have included being administrator of international ministries and missions, property management, and was a board member of the Kingdom Transition House, to name a few.

Pastor Harold is a graduate of Ministry International Institute. He is a great man of God, father, grandfather, husband, and friend.

​He is happily married to Linda Smith, and they have devoted their lives to God and His ministry at Honey Rock Victorious Church International.

​Senior Pastor Ron Butler was born and raised in Knoxville, Tennessee. Pastor Ron has been in ministry for over 29 years. He was called to preach at an early age and accepted his call in 1987. In 1988, he was licensed and ordained by the Fire Baptized Holiness Churches of the Americas. 

Pastor Ron has faithfully been involved in prison ministry since 1995. He has also been ministering alongside his wife, Robin, for over 25 years in the area of marriage and family. In 2013, he was ordained at Honey Rock Victorious Church International under Apostle Jerry Upton. Pastor Ron oversees several ministries at Honey Rock Victorious Church International: Prison Ministry, Pastoral Care, Marriage and Family Enrichment, New Member’s Classes, Men’s Transition House, Volunteers, and Premarital and Marriage Counseling. He is a graduate of Ministry International Institute and holds a bachelor’s degree in Ministry.

Pastor Ron and his wife, Robin, have been married for over 35 years and have 3 adult daughters and 3 grandchildren.

Robin Butler was born and raised in Knoxville, Tennessee. She has been doing ministry alongside her husband, Pastor Ron Butler, for over 25 years. Devoted to the vision of the ministry, she assists her husband with a variety of duties, such as Premarital, Marriage and Family counseling and teaching. Robin is the coordinator for our Women’s Ministry here at Honey Rock Victorious Church International. 

Elder Robin has been in Women’s Ministry for over 30 years. In 1998, she founded “Portrait of Godly Women” ministry out of a strong heart’s desire to see women delivered from the hands of the enemy, free from fear and flowing in their divine callings. Robin also oversees a monthly Women’s Fellowship that meets the first Saturday of each month and as well as a weekly Women’s Bible Study that meets every Tuesday from 1 - 2 pm. The Women’s Ministry also hosts a yearly Women’s Conference and Women’s Retreat.

In 2016, under the covering of Apostle Jerry Upton, Elder Robin was ordained as a Teacher.  In 2021, she was ordained as an Elder and came on staff full-time. A graduate of Ministry International Institute, she holds an Associate’s Degree in Ministry.

Robin has been married to her husband, Pastor Ron, for over 35 years. They have three daughters, two sons-in-law and three grandchildren.

Youth Pastor Todd is dedicated to God, God’s people, and the ministry at Honey Rock Victorious Church International. He was ordained at Honey Rock Victorious Church International in September 2013.

Pastor Todd heads the Youth Department, and leads a ministry called Jesus in the Gym. The Jesus in the Gym ministry offers an opportunity for young boys and young adults to not only play basketball, but also to experience God’s love, fellowship, prayer, and the Word. Although they play once or twice a week, his involvement with these young men is ongoing. This ministry often provides jobs, clothing, or whatever is needed to make a difference in their lives.

​Pastor Todd is married to Annette Kincaid and they have 6 children and 12 grandchildren.

The late Evangelist Melvin Henry began in ministry in 1970 at Faith Christian Center, ministering in the streets of Knoxville. During that time, God placed an Evangelist calling on his life and he walked in that calling all over the city. He saw many lives saved and many healings happen. Jesus blessed that calling on Brother Melvin's life.

​His life was marked by the tremendous love of Jesus that he carried for people from every walk of life. 

Brother Melvin Henry went home to be with the Lord on April 24, 2020. Evangelist Melvin was married to Sister Gwen Henry.​

Elder David Penn was born and raised in Chattanooga Tennessee. In addition to being an Elder at H.R.V.C.I., he is ordained as an Evangelist through Honey Rock. Elder David is a faithful leader and thrives on being a servant in the Kingdom of God! His passion is going throughout the world preaching the gospel of the Kingdom on the mission field.

Elder David is the founder and president of Fruit Of The Holy Spirit Global Ministries. Currently, Fruit Of The Holy Spirit Ministries is raising resources to finance building projects in Walewale, Ghana, Africa.

In addition, Elder David has a Master's degree in Ministry from Ministry International Institute and he is currently working on his Doctorate degree.

​He is married to Jackie, and they have one daughter and two granddaughters.
