For the month of September, we were pleased to select Elizabeth Bartholomew as Youth of the Month.
Elizabeth is a first grader who truly loves to worship and praise Jesus. She is always quick to lend a helping hand in the kitchen serving breakfast on Sunday morning and serves with a true servant's heart.
When it's time to pray for others, Elizabeth jumps right in with a cheerful heart!

Tyrell Ward, July 2016
For the month of July, we are proud to have chosen Tyrell Ward as the Honey Rock Youth of the Month. Tyrell has been attending Honey Rock for several years, and it has been a pleasure to see the grace of God working in his life and in his heart. Through God's grace, Tyrell has persevered through some challenging times of learning and growing. He has shown himself faithful in class and among the teens, demonstrating more and more the character of Christ. In class, Tyrell participates with excellence, honoring the Lord in his discipline, dress and conduct. We are so proud to have Tyrell among us in the Honey Rock youth and look forward to seeing him excel in the greatness that the Lord has put inside of him. |
Tylan Benn, June 2016
For the month of June, we are pleased to present Tylan Benn as the young person which exemplifies the servant's heart of Jesus and brings the love of Jesus to his or her service. We have enjoyed seeing Tylan among the Honey Rock youth ranks and watching how the Lord is using him to serve faithfully. Tylan has served at Compassion Dinner where he loves to see the smiles on the faces of the people. He also enjoys working with the youth. He serves currently in the Kitchen Ministry under Parker Bartholomew. He is a 2016 graduate of Central High School and hopes to attend culinary school. |
Ryan Kline, May 2016
For the month of May, we are proud to present Ryan Kline as the Youth of the Month. Ryan has been a part of the Honey Rock family for many years, always serving with a desire for excellence. He has served in many areas of ministry at Honey Rock such as Compassion Dinner, Children's Church and currently serves faithfully in the Kitchen Ministry under the direction of Parker Bartholomew. Ryan says he is thankful for the way that the Lord has grown him through being a servant. He is a rising high school freshman. |
Andre White, February 2016
Andre resides in Alcoa, TN and attends Alcoa Middle School. He is 14 yrs old and enjoys playing on the Soccer Team. At Honey Rock, he serves as an usher every month and is often seen opening the door for folks and assisting with carrying things in. He is very helpful in assisting Pastor Harold in the church, doing whatever he is asked to do. On Sundays, Andre serves the children in the breakfast ministry. Even his family knows he is a faithful servant: "We think of Andre as a true servant, an example for others to follow. We as a family are so very proud of him and pray that he will strive to do even more for the kingdom of God." To his family, Andre is a true... S - Is for his sincerity and selflessness. E - Is for the empathy he has for the less fortunate. R - Is for the respect he has for his elders. V - He's very caring and a giver. A - Is for his great affection for family. N - He's nice, nurturing and longs to please others. T - He's thankful and tenderhearted. We appreciate Andre's desire to serve and consider it a blessing to serve along side him. Thank you for your service, Andre. May God bless you mightily with many more years of service to Him! |
Bobbi Gardner, January 2016
This month's Youth of the Month was Ms. Bobbi Gardner. Bobbi has served in the kitchen and in the nursery with a true servant's heart. She serves faithfully and humbly, cheerfully giving of her time and heart. Honey Rock Victorious Church is blessed to have one such as Bobbi in our ranks.
